Up the wide flight of stairs there are pictures from India and Tibet hanging for your interest. At the top there is the landing, with a bathroom and toilet to your right. Then into the room with double brass bedstead - you have to climb in! Lovely morning light, and a view from the en-suite bathroom over the garden to the swimming-pool. Sleeps 2.
Then there's the children's dormitory, 3 single beds in a room with high ceiling and huge oak floorboards. Coombe is perfect for families, with parents either end, children in the middle. Sleeps 3.
Beyond the dormitory there's a tiny bedroom above the porch which sleeps 1 single with a bird's eye view of who is entering and leaving the house!
Next comes the biggest bed in the house, a huge kingsize double. The south-facing window in this master bedroom is original 16th century and looks like it has come straight out of Bilbo Baggins' house in Lord of The Rings. Sleeps 2.

Walk up a short flight of steps into the Gentleman's dressing room, another hobbit-style window and door opening onto the rear lane. Twin room can accommodate 1 double or two singles. Sleeps 2
And next to this end room is the bathroom, with extra long bath for that glorious immersion!

Downstairs beyond the library there is the only downstairs bedroom, sleeping either two singles or 1 double, with its own toilet, washing machine and spin drier, en suite shower and views out into the back courtyard and front garden. Sleeps 2
Bedroom 8 is the annex. The annex has it's own bathroom and kitchen and is separate from the main farm house
