Traditional thai massage
Thai Massage stretches and stimulates all of the key joints, nerves and energy channels (sen lines), and muscle groups, in the body, and provides positive effects like no other bodywork or massage. It is an excellent alternative to conventional sports injury massage and physiotherapy. It is highly effective when used therapeutically for chronic pain.
You remain fully clothed during your traditional Thai massage session and no oils are used. Gentle twists, joint manipulations and stretches, Acupressure techniques, as well as muscle pressing using hands, elbows and feet give a wonderfully relaxing and energising whole body experience.
Vinyasa yoga
Nothing in life is ever fixed or static: climate, seasons, life itself is in a constant state of flux, forever
changing. Therefore, why should we be any different.
The vinyasa yoga practice rooted firmly in this idea of constant change. You are encouraged to look at how you move and develop a softer, lighter way of holding yourself - whether sitting of standing. Classic yoga postures are softened to allow you to flow from one to another (rather than being held rigidly in place with grim determination). By holding your concentration in this way you find very quickly your mind, body and breathing will settle, consciousness will be raised and your practice becomes meditation in motion.
